PRE-NATAL YOGA 

Be good to yourself and your baby-to-be. Prenatal yoga includes mindful breathing, comfortable movement and simple meditation. The emphasis is on finding strength and comfort within each pose and finding adaptations for your unique body. You will connect with your intuitive nature. Yoga Nidra
 
Have you experienced the divine sleep of Yoga Nidra? It is a powerful technique in which you learn to consciously relax. The body may appear to be asleep, but the mind is awake, and the consciousness is functioning at a deep level of awareness. Swami Satyananda Saraswati says, "Yoga Nidra is the doorway to samadhi." Back Clinic

“Oh, my aching back!”  

If this sounds familiar, attend Yoga Key West’s Back Clinic and learn how to be kind to your lower back. Heal discomfort, prevent injury, and be friends with your back! Two private classes will be scheduled to fit YOUR busy schedule. This is a good adjunct to chiropractic care or physical therapy following an accident or injury. You will learn dos and don’ts, tips and tricks, to go from “bad back,” to better, to best! Knowledge is power.  Make a decision to feel better and empower yourself.

Start a new beginner class with your friends
 
If you have a small group of three (or more) persons, and the regular class schedule does not fit your schedule, we can set up a new time for your group at the regular class rate. This applies only to new recurring classes, and not to one-time-only requests.
