  • Here are three guided meditations to do any time. 
  • You can lie down flat on a mat, or sit comfortably in a chair.
  • In either case, close your eyes, and let yourself go within for about five to seven minutes.
  • Afterward, take as much time as you want in the stillness following the meditation, to absorb, renew, and be at peace.
