Here are three guided meditations to
do any time.
You can lie down
flat on a mat, or sit comfortably in a chair.
In either case, close your eyes, and let yourself go within for about five to seven minutes.
Afterward, take as much time as you want in the stillness following
the meditation, to absorb, renew, and be at peace.
